I fully understand the officers actions, but because the sound on my tablet only works when it feels like it, I have no idea why this vehicle was pulled over in the first place. (if there was any radio traffic ) The officer did an outstanding job, but about gave me a heart attack when I saw his weapon go in that window before the body camera shot.
