If that guy hadn't tased him, I would gladly have. He was violating my right to not have to listen to an a@@hole.

I have a schadenfreude-like love of Sovereign Citizen hi-jinx - never gets old for me. This guy is just dying for a confrontation and I love the half-bored way they are dealing with him - nothing could frustrate this AW more! LOL They barely get excited when they tase the moron!

It appears the guy with the taser is the no - nonsense type.

It appears from this web site, http://www.kxly.com/news/north-idaho-news/Man-tased-in-courthouse-brouhaha/16248208 that this dumbass was trying to record proceedings in the courtroom and was ejected. There are very valid reasons for no recordings in a court room, namely to protect the privacy of persons who are charged with a crime, but not yet found guilty or not guilty (and thus considered innocent of the crime until proven guilty). Also to protect attorney-client privilege. P. Barnes knew he would probably have to taze this idiot when he told the people behind him to move. And for you jackasses who say Barnes didn't give sufficient warning, this guy kept talking when told to back up after trying to shove two court officers out of his way. Finally, the judge saw fit to charge the jerk. Anybody know what happened after that?
