This guy brandished two handguns in several stores in downtown Seattle, carjacked three vehicles at gunpoint, and fired at pursuing officers before this insane climax to the incident.

Slightly off topic; but, that poor woman in the SUV that he eventually hit. OMG! She must had been scared to death as she ran down the street and kept going. Thank goodness she was young and able to run like that; an elderly person or someone with disabilities would have been stuck.
It seems like there isn't enough that can be done to remove these dregs from society who endangered others' lives.

Why did that one cop rear end him? It looks like all he did was take his unit out of action.
It was thoughtful of him to have his emergency flashers on, much easier to follow him. The outcome was very appropriate.
